Born out of the Cerrado Mineiro Region, located in northwest of Minas Gerais State is a world-recognized, high-quality coffee producing origin and is the first “Protected Geographical Indication- PGI” in Brazil.
This coffee loves being roasted up to second crack (dark) and develops well into Full City roast bringing out a full bodied coffee. Smooth with notes of bakers chocolate with hints of brown sugar, its nickname is" Black Slate"

Javesca coffee was started to put a non-profit heart into a for profit company. Simply put, to be a catalyst to allow people to make a difference simply by loving coffee. Our non-profit sister company Javesca Feeds, uses a portion of the revenue from Javesca to empower community transformative feeding initiatives around the globe.
Sourced from farms around the world, our beans are chosen every year through extensive cupping, grading, and flavor analysis. Working with farmers, we target each bean to be picked at the peak ripeness, allowing our small batch roasters to develop a complex flavor profiles for our customers.
