This Costa Rican Coffee, Tarrazu La Pastora, is a washed coffee that starts with smooth caramel notes that transition to dark cane sugar and black tea as the flavors progress. In our tastings it shined as single origin pour over coffee and yielded a smooth lighter bodied French press with a nice soft acidity!

Roast: City (Light-Medium)

Notes: Cane Sugar, Floral, Hazelnut Husk

**We recommend using whole bean coffee for maximum shelf life, but if you select "Ground" below we will grind orders for standard home drip coffee machines.**

Our non-profit sister company Javesca Feeds, uses a portion of the revenue from Javesca to empower community transformative feeding initiatives around the globe.

Direct Trade + Relationships

Sourced from farms around the world, our beans are chosen every year through extensive cupping, grading, and flavor analysis. Working with farmers, we target each bean to be picked at the peak ripeness, allowing our small batch roasters to develop a complex flavor profiles for our customers.
