Costa Rica Tarrazu
This Costa Rican Coffee, Tarrazu La Pastora, is a washed coffee that starts with smooth caramel notes that transition to dark cane sugar and black tea as the flavors progress. In our tastings it shined as single origin pour over coffee and yielded a smooth lighter bodied French press with a nice soft acidity!
Roast: City (Light-Medium)
Notes: Cane Sugar, Floral, Hazelnut Husk
