This Fair-Trade Organic certified Coffee is from Chiapas, Mexico and has a great smooth body that we love brewed as a pourover. In our tastings it also shined as a batch coffee and yielded a full bodied French press with tons of sweet lemon and cocoa notes.

Our non-profit sister company Javesca Feeds, uses a portion of the revenue from Javesca to empower community transformative feeding initiatives around the globe.

Direct Trade + Relationships

Sourced from farms around the world, our beans are chosen every year through extensive cupping, grading, and flavor analysis. Working with farmers, we target each bean to be picked at the peak ripeness, allowing our small batch roasters to develop a complex flavor profiles for our customers.
