This Italian or or Full City+ Roast is one step away from venturing into the Smokey Side. A mixture of Central and South American coffees dropped right after second crack! The beans are marbled, glisten with oil, and dark flavors come alive. Smooth, sweet, with a hint of charred wood, this coffee is an excellent dark roast option for those that still like a little citrus but prefer smooth full, dark, full bodied coffee!

Our non-profit sister company Javesca Feeds, uses a portion of the revenue from Javesca to empower community transformative feeding initiatives around the globe.

Direct Trade + Relationships

Sourced from farms around the world, our beans are chosen every year through extensive cupping, grading, and flavor analysis. Working with farmers, we target each bean to be picked at the peak ripeness, allowing our small batch roasters to develop a complex flavor profiles for our customers.
