This Fair-Trade Organic certified Coffee is from Peru and has a smooth body that we love prepared as a pour over or drip coffee. In our tastings, it shines with notes of praline and almond yielding a nice, well-rounded medium roast coffee.

Our non-profit sister company Javesca Feeds, uses a portion of the revenue from Javesca to empower community transformative feeding initiatives around the globe.

Direct Trade + Relationships

Sourced from farms around the world, our beans are chosen every year through extensive cupping, grading, and flavor analysis. Working with farmers, we target each bean to be picked at the peak ripeness, allowing our small batch roasters to develop a complex flavor profiles for our customers.
