Made up of a post blend of a washed Columbia, Natural Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, and a touch of dark roast Indonesian, Sumatra it builds on last years rich flavor with even more complexity. The resulting cup pairs bright fruity acidity and a smooth sweet body with a touch of smoke and spice on the finish. Great for cold winter weather, a warm party, or anytime spent celebrating with friends and family this holiday season.
